Computer problems

There has been a slight disruption in the Sarah Smiles BLOG.  We are not still in Europe, although we wish this was the case!  When we got back and Mommy went back to work, her computer stopped working. We are praying that all the pictures are safe, but until someone from the school can work on it, my blog has stopped.  My blog secretary, aka, Mommy will be quite busy catching up when she gets the computer back.  Until then, I wanted to share with you that Mommy is back to work teaching preschool, Daddy is doing design work while I go to Rascals Daycare two times a week. I love it and have made some new friends.  We hope that we can share all our pictures soon!  Until then, we hope you are well. Stay tuned.

Nuernberg, Germany

Coolin' off on a hot day.

Hangin' with my cousins.

Sheep in the market place.

I touched the sheep's horns.

Nuernberg Castle.

I slept through the tour of the castle.

View of the city from the castle.

The castle walls.

Stopping for a drink. Prosit!

Me and Poppy on the UBahn.

At the BBQ we decided that we were going to take a trip into the city. Antje offered to be our tour guide, Onkel Wilfried said he would meet us, so in total there would be 9 of us touring downtown Nuernberg.  We hopped on the ubahn (subway) and went into the city. It was so cool to be inside the castle walls. I had a great day with my family!

Mommy and her Onkel Wilfried.

Poppy, Daddy, Mommy, and I drove 9 hours to visit our family in Schwanstetten, Germany. Mommy hadn't seen her family in 7 years so it was very exciting.  My cousin, Kai, took me by the hand and showed me his toys. He let me ride his tractor, play in his pool, jump on his trampoline, and play in his sandbox. He was so nice to me.  Kai's Mommy and Daddy, Britta and Klaus, invited the family over and had a BBQ in honor of our visit.  I had so much fun meeting my family. I miss them and can't wait to see them again soon.

Cooling our feet

When we got home from the Musee de Plein Air MoMo and I decided to cool our feet in my bathtub, out in the yard!  It was so refreshing that I decided to sit down in it with my clothes on! Before I knew it, I was taking a bath in the front yard!

Musee de Plein Air is an outdoor museum of relocated historic structures from the surrounding regions of France.  It was a very hot day, but we had fun exploring all the old buildings.  After work MoMo met us there and she showed us where the animals were!
