Story time with Daddy

Story time is great!  I'm really noticing the pictures in the book!  Story time makes me sleepy!

Preschool

Today was my first day in preschool!  (We visited my Mommy's class). I think I recognized some of the kids' voices!!  This is Ms. Liz's last week before she goes home to have her baby. The preschoolers surprised her with flowers and a pizza party.  I can't wait to go back to visit again.

Bedtime

I woke up to have a chat session with Mommy and Daddy.  

I'm kinda making it my routine to go to sleep around 7pm.  But that doesn't mean I won't wake up soon after!!  I've been sleeping in the Pak 'n Play next to Mommy and Daddy's bed. Today a mattress came for the crib in my room.  I think Mommy will miss me when I sleep in my own room.

Sunshine Mesa Road

It was a gorgeous day in the mountains today!  Mommy, Daddy, Rudy, Teddy, and I took a nice walk up Sunshine Mesa Road.  I always fall asleep in the stroller.  Mommy is hoping that the fresh air will help me sleep tonight!

Today Mommy and I had a date at the Sheridan for Liz's baby shower.  Her little Arthur will be arriving in another month or so.  Mommy's friends passed me around and I was so good.  She was so proud of me.

I had my two month appointment and guess what?  I am now 8 lbs 1 oz and 22.5 inches long! I grew 4 inches in 2 months! I had to get three shots!  Daddy held me and I was so brave, but it did hurt.  I'm starting to notice a lot of whats going on around me and I like to smile at Mommy and Daddy. They really like that!  I even watch the computer and listen to my grandparents when we Skype.

Valentine's Day

Daddy made us breakfast in bed, brought Mommy some flowers, and gave us both really sweet cards.  Afterwards I got a bath and put on my cute angel wings outfit.  I soon peed in that one (not sure what was wrong with my diaper). I then changed into my "Loved" onesie that Maureen got me.  We headed into town and visited a few people before Mommy headed to Zumba. While visiting Stephanie at the art gallery I pooped.  Unbeknownst to Mommy and Daddy, it was a pretty BIG poop!!  Daddy and I went to the Library to change, where he found quite a surprise!  There went my second Valentine's outfit!  Daddy did a great job. We then headed to Honga's to wait for Mommy.  I was such a good girl.

Super Bowl Sunday!

Tummy time

Here is a little video clip of how I wake up in the morning (yes, I am in mommy and daddy's bed....don't judge me).  Its Super Bowl Sunday. After my bath I get dressed in my new Valentine outfit that I got from Kristi.  Aren't the angel wings cute?!  We went to Monica's house to watch the game. I liked the half time show with Beyonce.  I recognized the music. Mommy and I danced to All the Single Ladies at Thanksgiving (before I arrived).

Today was bath day. Our friend Scotty came for a visit. After an afternoon nap and snack we headed to town to meet mommy's friends for happy hour.  We rode the gondola to Allreds.  The view from the gondola was amazing. I was really good.  I sat in my car seat and let mommy talk with her friends.  I hope we can go out again soon.
